A beaded headband in neutral tones made of wood on a bed of bark cloth and finished with decorative knots. Inspired by the changing colours of the Mali desert. The reddish brown of the cloth is its natural colour.
Bark cloth is one of the most primitive and ancient of fabrics, this cloth has been handmade in Uganda from bark which is harvested from the tropical fig tree. The trees survive the process and regrow their bark for the next season's harvest.
One size fits all, each Eve headband is handmade to order. Please allow 10 days for your piece to be made in the studio before it is shipped.
