Shipping policy

Martine Henry Millinery items are made-to-order. Standard stock items should ship within 10-12 business days. For bespoke orders timings may vary and you will be notified on a case by case basis. Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday only. Orders are not processed or shipped on national holidays.  

We will send you an email to let you know when your product has been shipped. Please contact us when you place your order if expedited delivery is required and we will do our best to accommodate your request if possible.

Royal Mail/Parcelforce is our preferred delivery carrier. When your parcel is delivered you will be asked to sign for it as proof of receipt. If you are not there, a card will be dropped through your door stating how to get your parcel.

UK – Free by a recorded delivery service for millinery items. Cards will be sent first class untracked unless the value exceeds £20.

International – We offer a flat fee of £15 for all deliveries outside the UK. All relevant import taxes and duties must be paid by you when the item is delivered. If you have any questions about customs charges please contact your local customs office.

For international parcels, if your order weighs in excess of 2kg alternative shipping arrangements may need to be made. We will contact you to discuss prior to despatch. In this event you can either pay the additional shipping charge or cancel your order with a full refund.

We take every care to ensure your item is packaged securely in order to protect the goods in transit and take full responsibility for the order up to the time that it is dispatched. Martine Henry Millinery cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage that occurs after the package has been dispatched by us. Tracking references for the carrier will be provided. All parcels sent by trackable methods will require a signature upon delivery.
